TICKETS & BOOKING
Where are my tickets?
Check the email address you used at checkout for your Eventbrite confirmation. Still stuck? Get in touch with your name, event date, city and order reference.
How do I book?
Choose a date on this site and use the live ticket selector on its event page. It shows the ticket types, fees and availability for that event.
Can we book as a group?
Group options vary by event. Check the live selector on your chosen date. For a larger group, email us with the city, date and rough numbers.
Are tickets refundable?
Refund conditions vary by event. Check the policy shown with your chosen tickets before paying. Our terms explain where to find it.
What if an event is changed or cancelled?
We update the event page and email ticket holders. If you need help with a change, email us with your booking details.
TIMING
What time does it start and finish?
Times vary: THE 2PM CLUB runs from 2pm, Family Silent Disco from 11am, evening parties from 8pm or 8:30pm. Your event page has the exact times.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Book online to secure your place. Door availability varies by event and is not guaranteed.
VENUES & ACCESS
Is my event accessible?
Access differs by venue and room. Several current dates at The Charles Bradlaugh are upstairs, reached by steps. Check your event page and email hello@boomevents.co.uk before you book or travel if you need to confirm an arrangement.
Where is my event?
Every date has its own venue. The event page shows the address and any venue update.
Who can I contact?
Email hello@boomevents.co.uk with the city, date and your question. Include your order reference if it’s about an existing booking.
ON THE DAY
What is a silent disco?
Music plays through wireless headphones. Three DJs, three channels; switch whenever you like and set your own volume.
What if headphones are lost or damaged?
Replacement charges may apply. Staff explain the terms when you collect your headphones.
Are there family events?
Yes. Family Silent Disco is designed for ages 4 and up; children need a paying adult, maximum three per adult.
Is there an age limit for evening parties?
Silent Disco Greatest Hits on Sat 26th September and the Halloween House Party are 18+ events. Check each event page and ticket selector for its entry rules; valid photo ID may be required.
